What happens with your personal data when you contact Unia?

Unia handles your report or information request in keeping with its privacy statement.

Depending on the form that you complete on the Unia website, we will receive different personal data about you. This data is necessary to allow us to later provide you with our services.

  • When you request information, your data will provide us with an address with which to contact you, in order to send you a printed publication or our newsletter. We will only retain your data for as long as necessary to complete these tasks.
  • When you report a case of discrimination, only the staff of Unia who process the reports and the management will have access to it. We do not share your data with third parties. We generally keep your personal data for a period of ten years. Your report will then be anonymised.
