Unia has developed a free online tool, eDiv, which provides employers, employees, human resources managers, etc. with a range of tools and data, particularly on anti-discrimination legislation in Belgium.

Any person or organisation that has contact with Unia can submit a complaint. The complaint must involve the operation of Unia or the quality of its services.
For any other question or request, contact Unia:
- By telephone on +32 (0)2 212 30 00 (Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.).
- For written questions, we ask you to complete a short form. This will allow us to quickly understand your request and put you in contact with an expert colleague if necessary.

The building is accessible to people with disabilities: it is equipped with level access, automatic door opening, lift access and adapted toilets.
Reasonable accommodations are possible to facilitate your access to the building (reserved space, escort from the station, etc.).

Open A delivery?
- Small parcels can be delivered to our address on Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- For large parcels, we have an loading dock at 154 rue de l'Instruction in 1070 Anderlecht (50 metres from the entrance to our offices). Please make an appointment for this type of delivery.
Open On foot from Gare du Midi - Zuidstation (South Station)
In the Gare du Midi-Zuidstation, follow the signs to “1, Place Horta”. Exit Gare du Midi-Zuidstation on the Galerie Horta side, via exit 1d. The entrance to the Unia building is right in front of you, at number 40 on Place Victor Horta (Victor Horta Square).

Bicycle racks are available along the facade, on the left as you face the building.
